I then will create your customized workout plan, which you'll follow on a weekly basis. We will also have regular check-ins to track your progress, adjust your plan, and ensure you're staying on track. I'll provide continuous support along the way.
Absolutely! I provide general nutrition coaching to help you make healthier food choices that complement your fitness goals. This includes meal suggestions, portion control tips, and macronutrient guidance. If you require a more detailed or medically-focused nutrition plan, I can refer you to a registered dietician.
Yes! I offer a free initial consultation (via video call) to discuss your goals, assess your fitness level, and answer any questions. From there, we can schedule a trial week to see if online training is the right fit for you.
The equipment you need depends on your fitness goals. For basic strength training, a set of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a yoga mat will suffice. However, I can also create bodyweight-only programs if you don't have access to equipment. We'll discuss your set up at your initial consultation and make sure your program matches your available tools.
